簡介：鮑勃·霍斯金斯在進入演藝圈前曾做過公園管理員、道路工人等勞力工作。20多歲時開始接觸舞臺劇並加入劇團，由於他能勝任的角色極廣，從莎士比亞古典劇到一般通俗劇皆可參與演出。1986年他在《蒙娜麗莎》中擔綱主演，為他嬴得奧斯卡男主角提名。1988年打入好萊塢，主演真人結合動畫的賣座冠軍片《誰陷害兔子羅傑》。
